Presley
As you can see from the picture above, Presley was not a Samoyed, but he was a beloved honorary one, having lived in a household with them. Presley was owned and loved by Heather and Jonathan Nunez.
When Presley was adopted from the SPCA at the age of only eight weeks, Heather was told that he was a German Shepherd and Terrier mix. He was scared and truly needed love and attention, which he got in abundance in the Nunez home. Heather describes him as "one of the best dogs we have ever known. He was super smart, did tricks, protected us from anything or anyone that came to the door and had quite a personality. He was almost human."
We will dearly miss Presley's presence at every major NTSRI event, including all of the Rescue Reunion picnics, where he held court, feeling right at home with the white fuzzies.
